Exhibition Schedule

• New Shipping Procedures/Fees: All items sent to the hotel will be received by Penfield's Business Center and held and delivered upon request.  All incoming packages will be charged a package security handling fee.  For information regarding package security handling fees for incoming packages, package storage rates and outgoing package handling fees visit Penfield's website. Please note that all packages received more than 3 days prior to an event or not picked up morethan 2 days after an event will be charged a storage fee.

• The Association reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product or service to be included in the exhibits.

• The Association reserves the right to determine the locations of exhibit booths and the hieght of booth backdrops.
