Our newly developed Strategic Plan defines the Association’s core mission, identifies short and long-term priorities, and creates strategies for the board and staff to accomplish its goals. Advantages of Partnering with Your Community Organizations & Partnerships to Create New Affordable Housing          Phoenix Room

Today the residents we work with come to us with many needs and issues, but the one thing they all want is to remain independent in their community and live somewhere they can feel safe and have access to the tools that will help them with a successful tenancy. The key to assisting all residents, regardless of age, is a good housing and supportive services team that will communicate and advocate for both the resident and the housing provider. The purpose of this session is to discover and cultivate community partnerships. Through the addition of supportive services, we are working with residents to maintain their independence, retain their tenancy, and thrive in their community. This session will also discuss developing new affordable housing with partners and what opportunities may become available in the future.
