Disciplining Public Employees with Due Process

The process of fairly and promptly addressing employee misconduct and workplace disputes has become increasingly critical not only for improving employee performance and morale, but also for reducing an employer’s exposure to legal and financial liability by ensuring that a housing authority has substantially conformed with the principles of progressive discipline.  This training will explore these important and evolving concepts in detail and provide housing authorities with a straightforward framework for responding to complex workplace disputes.
