Centralized Waiting List
2012 Update
The Massachusetts Centralized Waiting List is updated and purged in order to keep applicant information current and to remove applicants who are no longer interested. 

You will receive an update mailing if you have not updated your application within two years.

The 2012 Update Letter was mailed on May 2, 2012.

Applicants can respond to the 2012 Update by:
- mailing back the postcard
- downloading and mailing back the response form
- registering a user name and replying online

The deadline to respond to the 2012 Update is June 1.   If you do not respond to an update, your name will be removed from the Centralized Waiting List.
