Gloucester HA seeks a highly motivated housing professional to assist Executive Director in planning, management, administration and operation of the agency. The GHA assists over 1300 households in its State & Federal Public Housing, Rental Assistance, Resident Services and Homeownership Education/development programs.
Salary Range:
Salary range $74,516 - $77,532 commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits.

Six years Public Housing management and supervisory experience required. Bachelor’s degree may substitute for up to two years of experience. Considerable knowledge of local, state and federal housing regulations and experience working with people of various socio-economic backgrounds are also required. Must be able to obtain CORI approval, have valid driver’s license and be bondable. MPHA or similar classification by a nationally recognized housing organization must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
