On Monday, the Mass. Union of Public Housing Tenants (MUPHT) held its first Lobby Day at the State House to advocate for more operating and capital funding for public housing. Guest speakers included Lieutenant Governor, Kim Driscoll; EOHLC Secretary, Ed Augustus, Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Transportation, Sen. Brendan Crighton, House Chair of the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government, Rep. Carole Fiola.
