On May 16, EOHLC published PHN 2024-07 Promulgation of Amendments to 760 CMR 6.00. Amendments to the regulations go into effect on June 7, and include: 

• changes to certain definitions contained in the regulation
• significant changes to the way rent is determined
• increase in funding for Local Tenant Organizations
• update to lease obligations to correspond with changes in the law

The notice also includes an updated heat deduction schedule, revised rent calculation worksheet, and revised continued occupancy form. EOHLC will hold a webinar on the amendments on June 5 at 10:00 AM.
