MassNAHRO realizes that some agencies may not have sufficient funds in their budgets to cover the cost of conference or seminar registration fees, but agrees they would gain significant value from the educational sessions and networking opportunities these events offer. To that end, MassNAHRO may grant a hardship waiver of registration fees to an agency that, due to budgetary constraints, would otherwise not be represented at a conference or professional development training.
