Yesterday, HUD unceremoniously withdrew its Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) and Reducing Barriers to HUD-Assisted Housing (re: the use of criminal histories) proposed rules. See Notice of Withdrawal of AFFH and Reducing Barriers Proposed Rules.
