Important Event Policies

Exhibitor Booth Assignments: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. MassNAHRO will make every effort to assign one of your top three booth location choices. Exhibit Hall floor plan will be updated frequently.

Set Up Times:

September 7: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

September 8: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Breakdown Time:

September 8: 6:30 PM

Cancellations: MassNAHRO must receive written notice of cancellation by August 30, 2025, to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given in cases where registrant cancels after August 30 and fails to attend. When payment is not received prior to the event, registrant is responsible for the full registration fee if written notice of cancellation is not received by MassNAHRO by August 30. Registration fees can not be applied to future events.
