Instructor:  Teresa Ewald, CPA

Teresa Ewald has been extensively involved in the Affordable/Subsidized Housing industry for over thirty-seven years. She works extensively with public housing authorities, not-for-profit agencies as well as various governmental agencies. Ms. Ewald is the managing partner in charge of the firm, including quality control system and firm administration.

In addition to Ms. Ewald’s housing authority work, she trains nationally in the area of Finance for the Federal Conventional, Section 8 programs and related federal grants programs. She does Board and H/A staff training for the State certification program for housing. She has also worked in conjunction with numerous other consultants in providing consulting and training services to housing authorities nationally.
