Presenters:

Karen Ahlers, Esq.: Karen Ahlers, Esq. has been an EOHLC Regional Attorney for the last 30 years.  She represents the housing authorities in Worcester County.  Attorney Ahlers taught the Occupancy Section of the MPHA class for many years in addition to numerous other classes for MassNAHRO.

Lori McBride, Esq.: Lori McBride, Esq. has been the Regional Attorney for Middlesex County Housing Authorities for 22 years.  Prior to that position, Attorney McBride worked for the Northeast Housing Court and the Consumer Protection Division of the Mass. AG's Office as well as working in private practice.  Attorney McBride is a cum laude graduate of Brandeis University (B.A.) and received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

Cancellation Policy: MassNAHRO must receive written notice of cancellation at least eight (8) days prior to the event.  Refunds will not be given in cases where a registrant cancels less than eight (8) days in advance or fails to attend.  When a payment is not received prior to the event, registrant is responsible for the full registration fee if written notice of cancellation is not received by MassNAHRO at least eight (8) days prior to the event.  Registration fees cannot be applied to future trainings or events.
