In 2016 President Obama signed the Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) into law.  Since that date new regulations for the items in HOTMA have slowly trickled out.  This session covers parts of the Act already in place and the new regulations on the horizon.  Learn how deductions are changing, new calculations for medical expenses, how to handle asset verifications and the new limit on assets, new income limits for in-place public housing residents, changes in the HCV program, elimination of the EID program and more.  We invite you to participate in this one-day interactive program where we will discuss real-time implementation issues of these new regulations and how it will affect your agency now and in the future.
