Instructor:  Attorney Jeffrey Driscoll

Jeffrey Driscoll is the current Executive Director of the Medford H.A. He is also of counsel at Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. a private law practice where his son Jonathan L. Driscoll, Esq. represents many local housing authorities. The firm specializes in providing legal services, management consulting, and training to local housing authorities and local housing authority affiliated non-profit corporations.  Jeffrey has over 30 years’ experience working in both public and private housing.  This experience includes having served as Executive Director of the Taunton Housing Authority, Acting Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director of the Barnstable Housing Authority and Deputy Director of Massachusetts NAHRO.  Jeffrey has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1994. He is also MassNAHRO’s lead trainer for the Massachusetts Public Housing Administrator (MPHA) Certification and Board Member Certification Program.
