Have you ever picked up some great information while mingling around the lobby at a conference or perhaps over a glass of wine in the lounge?

Some people have experienced this and thought, why not have a one-on-one conversation with my peers outside of the conference settings?

Why not have these conversations more often so problems can be addressed when they first arise?

With so many issues upon us, we find it has been helpful to bring similarly sized housing authorities together and talk about the issues of the day.
