Exhibit Hall Layout

The configuration of our Exhibit Hall is designed to complement the unique layout of the venue while ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for our vendors. Booth placements are intentionally situated near breakout rooms and along pathways leading to session spaces, receptions, and other high-traffic areas. Our goal is to create a natural flow of attendee movement throughout the day—maximizing exposure, encouraging consistent interaction with exhibitors, and supporting a dynamic, successful experience for all participants.

Important Event Policies

Exhibitor Booth Assignments: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. MassNAHRO will make every effort to assign one of your top three booth location choices. Exhibit Hall floor plan will be updated frequently.

Cancellations: MassNAHRO must receive written notice of cancellation by March 14, 2026, to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given in cases where registrant cancels after March 14 and fails to attend. When payment is not received prior to the event, registrant is responsible for the full registration fee if written notice of cancellation is not received by MassNAHRO by March 14. Registration fees can not be applied to future events.
