Important Event Policies
Cancellations: MassNAHRO must receive written notice of cancellation by March 15, 2025, to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given in cases where registrant cancels after march 15 and fails to attend. When payment is not received prior to the event, registrant is responsible for the full registration fee if written notice of cancellation is not received by MassNAHRO by March 15. Registration fees can not be applied to future events.
Hardship Waiver of Fees: If your agency does not have sufficient funds in its budget to cover the cost of registration, see MassNAHRO’s Hardship Waiver Policy.
