| Board Member Certification Program |

MassNAHRO highly recommends this informative certification program for both new and veteran housing authority board members. The sessions are led by housing authority fee accountants and housing authority attorneys. The Certification consists of five (5) required courses presented as 3-hour webinars, each offered once a year. The courses can be completed in any order.

Cancellation Policy: MassNAHRO must receive written notice of cancellation at least eight (8) days prior to the event. Refunds will not be given in cases where a registrant cancels less than eight (8) days in advance or fails to attend. When payment is not received prior to the event, registrant is responsible for the full registration fee if written notice of cancellation is not received by MassNAHRO at least eight (8) days prior to the event. Registration fees can not be applied to future training or events.
