The Outstanding Agency Awards program:

• gives recognition to the achievement and innovation of MassNAHRO agency members throughout the Commonwealth;
• provides additional opportunities to inform the public of the best in housing and community development;
• creates a resource bank of information on significant, innovative activities performed by housing and redevelopment agencies and community development departments.

Categories Include:

Affordable Housing (Programs that produce affordable housing in a creative way, i.e. creative financing, adaptive reuse, special needs housing, etc.)

Community Revitalization (Programs that have a positive economic impact on a neighborhood or city, i.e. economic development, job creation, mixed-use developments, etc.)

Resident and Client Services (Includes Self-Sufficiency, Programs, Youth Programs, Elderly/Special Needs Housing, Social Service Programs, etc.)

Administrative Innovation (Programs that improve the effectiveness or efficiency of administrative operations, i.e. management systems, computer use, professional development, public relations, etc.)

Project Design (Includes landscape design, moderation/Rehab, New Project and Enduring Design) 

To nominate your agency or another agency for a 2021 Outstanding Agency Award, please complete the nomination form and return it to MassNAHRO by Friday, April 22.
